Registered in September 1978, this Bedford TK appliance with bodywork by HCB Angus of Southampton commenced its service as a Water Ladder at Bude fire station - Cornwall County Fire Brigade station number B4. It was originally fitted with a Jaguar 4.2 litre petrol engine, but later converted to a 500 cu. in. diesel. It carried fleet number 359, later 2359.

It was then transferred to station A4 Camborne as that stations second Water Ladder, then moved to Saltash station as a Water Tender, replacing Dodge K850/Carmichael KCV113P. It was finally decommissioned in 1996, when Mercedes 1124AF/Carmichael/Saxon Water Tender N94 LCV was allocated to Saltash, replacing both WAF247T and Landrover L4T B132CAF.
