New to Cornwall County Fire Brigade at Mullion fire station (station number A13), originally as a Type A Water Tender. Later converted to a Type B Water Tender (with a Major Pump fitted), and then changed to a Water Tender Ladder carrying a Lacon 13.5m aluminium alloy ladder, still at Mullion. Sold out of service by July 1974. It was stored at the Lamanva Military Vehicle collection for some time, but its current fate is unknown
