New to Cornwall County Fire Brigade at Launceston fire station (station number B6), originally as a Type A Water Tender, towing a Trailer Pump. It was later converted to a Type B Water Tender, with a major pump fitted. By 1975, it was transferred to service as an A Division spare appliance. Out of service before July 1976.
