New to Cornwall County Fire Brigade at St Austell fire station (station number B2), then believed to have been transferred to St Dennis (B15) by September 1968. Whilst on route to an HMI exercise, part of the steering broke after a hairpin bend, and it ended up lying on its nearside. Believed then to have been sold to Falmouth Docks in 1969, and sold by them in 1981.

Now preserved by Bob Bullingham, London.
