KCV113P - 1975 Dodge K850/Carmichael WrL (Water Ladder)

Registered in December 1975, this Dodge K850 appliance with bodywork by Carmichael and Sons of Worcester went on the run at Saltash fire station, Cornwall in May 1976. It relegated the previous first away Water Tender Ladder Bedford TJ/HCB Angus SRL595H to the second away Water Tender. It had an 8.5 litre diesel engine, and was allocated the fleet number 346 and callsign 422 by Cornwall County Fire Brigade. It had two further changes of fleet number during its service - 2346 and A346.

In 1986, KCV113P was relegated to the second away appliance, being replaced in Water Ladder role by Dodge G13C/HCB Angus C107GAF - its callsign then changing to 421. It was replaced by Bedford TK/HCB Angus WrT WAF247T. When it was sold out of service, it is believed to have been exported to France.
