New to Cornwall County Fire Brigade in September 1960 to Torpoint B11. Transferred to Callington B13 by July 1974. Out of service by March 1983 and sold to Argyll & Clyde Health Board, Scotland.
Returned to Cornwall in 2013 and undergoing restoration by Mark Garrett.
