New to Cornwall County Fire Brigade in May 1958, serving at Perranporth A11 with callsign 216P. Transferred to Bodmin B1 as a spare appliance in 1975. Then served as a general run-about vehicle with pump removed and orange beacon fitted from 1976. Out of service by March 1979.

Now serving in the fleet of Sharp Fire, Cannock, Staffordshire.
